Weekly Classes

Classes, led by experienced RSCDS teachers, are held on Wednesdays at Tarporley Community Centre, CW6 0AY, from 7.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m.

The first hour is devoted to basic steps and technique and is suitable for beginners, intermediate dancers and any others keen to improve their dancing.

General dancing from 8.00 p.m. then following our tea / coffee break, we tackle more challenging dances for the final hour. 

We dance to recorded music - all the finest Scottish Country Dance bands! - and some weeks we have live music by our own musician, Alan Grant

Class fee:

Members: still only 3.00 per week 
Class fees may be paid half-yearly in September and January at 40 per half year; this represents a worthwhile discount for those who attend regularly.

Non-members / visitors: 4.00 per week

How to find us - here's a map.
There is ample parking at Tarporley Community Centre, but if you wish to come by public transport, the number 84 bus (Arriva service between Crewe/Nantwich and Chester) stops right outside - buses run until after 10 p.m. in both directions.
